About David
David Brooks Ellis is a mystic poet, healer, speaker, and former NFL football player. His work can be found in Serotonin Press, Skyfreight, The Sport Scribe and Half & One, Soup Can Magazine. He speaks on the topics of Reclamation of Identity Post-Football Career, Self-Love, Putting Yourself First, and Courage as a Superpower.
He holds an MS from Georgetown University in Integrative Medicine and Health Sciences, and BA from the University of Arkansas. Ellis was born in Dallas, TX, grew up in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
